We are a small family business located in Beaverton, Oregon. Precision Home Improvement LLC is a family-owned general contractor and home improvement company that specializes in interior services. Our purpose is to deliver professional interior work at an affordable price for many families and communities in the Portland Metro area. Our services include: Bathroom and kitchen renovations, remodeling, new construction, finished carpentry, custom tile, flooring, cabinet & door installation, handyman repair services, and any interior work inside the home.

Request an Estimate (Free Consultation) to get an idea of how much your budget might be.

We take measurements of the work site & have a thorough consultation to understand project goals.

Sign a contract agreement once you agree on the scope of work and project cost.

Obtain materials (Whether client or contractor purchases materials).

Pay down payment of the project cost (varies) so we can pay for materials, supplies, and travel expenses.

We work on the project according to a schedule (Demolition/Installation/Repair) & budget until completion.

MATERIALS
With a thorough consultation we can plan what style or design you are seeking. We can either be in charge of purchasing the materials for you or we can provide the labor only. Either way, we want you to love your new renovated home.

We find finishing on schedule extremely important. Once we set a date we are determined to deliver the product on time.
